Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, so here’s how we handle refunds for Derry Meet Ups events:

Cancellations Made by Attendees

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to someone else.

• Within 7 days of the event: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds as event costs have already been incurred.

Event Cancellations by Derry Meet Ups

In the rare instance that we need to cancel an event, you’ll receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy

Refunds are not available for no-shows.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you’re unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
